Shelter
It is important to remember the following when making a bush shelter.

  1. Build away from creeks and rivers.
  2. Build on dry,flat surface.
  3. Your shelter needs to protect you from the wind and rain.
When is the S.T.O.P acronym for survival
It is important to remember what S.T.O.P means
  1. The S is S.T.O.P means to stop if you are lost.
  2. The T in S.T.O.P means to think about what you are doing.
  3. The O in S.T.O.P means to observe your area.
  4. The P in S.T.O.P means think of what your plan is going to be.
Fire

It is important to remember the following when making a fire.
  1. Make sure you build your fire under shelter so it doesn't go out by rain or wind.
  2. Make fire with flint and steal or by rabbeting sticks to make your fire.
  3. When it comes to day you want to put your fire out with water.
  4. Must use dry wood.
Signalling for help.
It is important to remember the following thinks.
  1. Get up high so people can see you and rescue you.
  2. Lite a fire so people can see the smoke so you can get rescued.
  3. go to an open space on a high up place so people can see you
Basic first aid
It is important to remember this.

  1. If you have a big cut get some bands that you packed and put it around your cut and put it on.
  2. If someone is not breathing you do CPR.
  3. If someone is choking pat them on the back.
Finding fresh water.
It is important to remember this.

  1. Try and find a river to get some water from.
  2. Create a rain catcher to catch the water.
  3. Look for rain clouds and head to them.
